My Experience:
I graduated from the University of Southampton with an honours degree in Applied Social Sciences (Psychological Studies). It was through this that I chose to focus my learning and development on Psychology. I went on to complete a Post Graduate Certificate in Psychology and MSc in Child Development at the University of London.
Having researched CBT and it's efficacy in treating both adolescents and adults for a wide range of difficulties, I decided this would be the therapeutic approach that would fulfil my goal in treating individuals suffering from mental health difficulties.
I went on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and am currently on the register of accredited CBT therapists with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

My previous work experience includes working for 5 years as a CBT therapist at The Priory Hospital North London, treating both inpatients and outpatients with anxiety disorders; depressive disorders; PTSD; psychosis; and eating disorders.
From 2017 to present I have worked at The Priory Oxford Wellbeing Centre, treating outpatients. Alongside this work, I manage my own private clinical practice treating children, adolescents and adults remotely.
I am also able to offer both group based work and 1:1 work within schools covering the treatments outlined on the home page as well as offering workshops for teachers on requested topics relating to the emotional well-being of their pupils.

If you are a trainee or fully qualified CBT therapist and require ongoing clinical supervision, as a fully accredited member of the BABCP, I am able to offer this face to face, online or via the telephone.

With continuing professional development my practice includes the most up to date evidenced therapeutic approaches.
